For this reason, specific training programs are provided all over the world, with objectives that address each employees professional experience and needs.
Corporate Training
The Corporate Training Department plans and organizes internal training programs throughout the world aiming at:
- introducing the new employee to the Company culture, its history and products, and a framework of company values and customer orientation;
- facilitating the new employees professional induction by putting them immediately in contact with the key people for the activity they will have to carry out;
- constantly developing the acquisition of sales knowledge and techniques connected with the products;
- giving practical examples of basic management;
- assisting top management in supporting their staff in their respective managerial roles, and in the development of the skills required to lead winning teams.
Local Training
Furthermore, the Bulgari Group supports the development of its employees throughout the world with training activities outside of the Company.
These include: refresher courses, language training courses, and courses for the development of personal skills such as assertiveness, negotiation and interpersonal communication (as well as in seminars and meetings).
